吸音原理：由数不清的纤维或者开孔吸音材料交织混在一起而形成数不清的细小缝隙，无数连锦在一起的微小孔洞组成的通道，吸音涂料表面给声音留下了很多进入的通道，像很多小黑洞一样把声音吸进去，声音一旦进去就不易出来，由于通道较长，声音在里面钻来钻去，左右冲撞、摩擦、空气粘滞阻力和涂层内部的热传导作用，声波的能量在这个过程中相当一部分声能转化成热能，逐渐消耗掉，起到了吸音的作用。
Sound absorption principle: Countless fibers or open-cell sound-absorbing materials are intertwined and mixed together, forming countless tiny gaps and channels composed of countless interconnected micro-pores. The surface of the sound-absorbing coating provides numerous entry channels for sound, which are like many small black holes that suck in sound. Once the sound enters, it is difficult to escape. Due to the long channels, the sound travels back and forth, colliding and rubbing from side to side, encountering air viscous drag and heat conduction within the coating. In this process, a considerable portion of the sound energy is converted into heat energy and gradually consumed, thus achieving sound absorption.

吸音涂料的种类：
A：从表面效果上分:①平面的；②凹凸面；③纤维状。
B：从厚度上分：小于0.3cm、0.5cm、1.0cm、2.0cm、2.5cm、3cm以上等。
C： 从吸音系数上分:小于0.25系数、0.45系数、0.65系数、0.80以上系数。
D：从施工方法上分: 喷涂，刮涂、刷涂、辊涂。（ 普通喷涂方法 和专业喷涂机器）。

Types of sound-absorbing coatings:

实验证明：当厚度到0.5cm时或以上，可以降低11到13分贝,中高频部分吸音系数可以达到0.65以上;当厚度到2cm时基本接近一般普通吸音棉的降噪效果。根据厚度不同隔音涂料，不同的处理方法，可以隔音23分贝到45分贝或以上。
Experiments have shown that when the thickness reaches 0.5cm or above, it can reduce noise by 11 to 13 decibels, and the sound absorption coefficient in the mid-to-high frequency range can reach above 0.65; when the thickness reaches 2cm, it is basically close to the noise reduction effect of ordinary sound-absorbing cotton. Depending on the thickness of the soundproof coating and different treatment methods, it can achieve sound insulation of 23 to 45 decibels or more.

成分：吸音材料及丙烯酸共聚化合物。

稀释剂：水。
Diluent: Water.
稀释比例：膏状涂料不建议加清水稀释，否则影响产品质量。干粉类产品要加水搅拌均匀。

搅拌：喷涂前，根据需要，使用腻子搅拌器（粉类要使用带螺旋桨叶的搅拌器），搅拌均匀。

施工方法：用普通大口径的真石漆喷枪或者专业喷涂机。施工方法和真石漆相同。

施工工艺：刮涂腻子两边→→吸音漆一至两遍。（根据不同场所灵活施工）

颜色：色泽丰富，请阅读色卡，由于吸音粉料具有微孔，调颜色方面只能6到7成接近色卡，无法像普通涂料乳胶漆调色那么标准，要是工程对颜色要求一致非常严格，那就要求在表面再喷涂一层同颜色的吸音乳胶漆，这样一般都可以达到颜色一致要求；（提示：由于表面凹凸不平，不同角度，不同光线看，颜色会有差别。）

Due to the micropores of the sound-absorbing powder, the color can only be adjusted to be 60-70% similar to the color card, and cannot be as standardized as ordinary paint emulsion paint. If the project has very strict requirements for color consistency, it is necessary to spray a layer of sound-absorbing emulsion paint of the same color on the surface, which can generally meet the color consistency requirements; (Note: Due to the uneven surface, the color may vary from different angles and under different lighting conditions.)
安全储存：避免阳光直射、在阴凉、通风、干燥处储存，保持容器严格密封，温度为5～25℃范围内贮存，严防霜冻。应与强酸、强碱、强氧化剂、食物和动物饲料隔离存放。
Safe storage: Avoid direct sunlight, store in a cool, ventilated, dry place, keep the container tightly sealed, store at a temperature within the range of 5～25℃, and strictly prevent frost. It should be stored separately from strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, food, and animal feed.
